Responsible for leading multiple project teams in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, including applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. Additionally, providing day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.

Responsible for implementation of baseline changes and respond to change requests; perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers; by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination of application projects; and operate and maintain servers. Also responsible for working with cross-functioning teams to ensure success on the job, while regularly interacting with both client and account teams.

Responsible for providing direct supervision, coaching, training, development, and performance management of supervisors and associates. Ensuring customers are well taken care of, both effectively and efficiently. Leading a sales team to actively move product all the while ensuring best customer experience. Assisting in other duties in the store such as running the sales floor and performing manager on duty functions when needed.
