Build monthly reports for clients based on collaborative analytics surveys.

Ran the company-wide employee engagement survey, acted as liaison between Axiom managers and People Analytics department/Glint Inc, and headed a project aimed at making the engagement survey more internationally informed. I also worked with the HR and Compensation teams to gauge the current state of talent reporting, compensation plans, and overall HR operations and made meaningful improvements backed by employee sentiment.

Lead psychological research project sponsored by the Hendrix Well-Being Initiative to test a tool developed by Hendrix College professors to improve student well-being and mental health.

Practiced therapeutic techniques in a psychological therapy workshop that met four times a week, shadowed a therapy session with an international patient.

Welcomed freshmen to campus, organized and led trips to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch and Mt. Magazine, sorted food for trip, purchased goods deemed appropriate with petty cash, mentored freshmen on classes selection and sign-up, helped lead breakout sessions to talk about the resources available on campus as well as where to go and who to call in a dangerous situation

Looked after 16 eight-year-old boys for seven weeks, engaged with campers in all aspects of their day, took select group of campers on a camping trip
