I work the afternoon and night shift where I constantly have to restock the milk and eggs as they get empty. When I am not stocking the milk and eggs, I am either zoning the isles in the dairy department (to bring everything to the front and make it look neat and organized) or I assist customers with whatever help they need.

I worked essentially the entire restaurant. Took customer orders and payments in both drive-through and dining room. Made drinks and orders and gave out both. Prepped food and drinks. Restocked and organized. Cleaned the entire restaurant, and at times parking lot. When needed, cooked food.

I was often the first associate that customers seen when walking into the store. I greeted them, answered any questions, and gave them general retail assistance when required. I did returns and refunds. I did credit applications and took credit card payments. I made customer orders and deliveries. If needed, I helped supervise other cashiers' training.

In this role, I handled customers' online orders. I was responsible for pulling their orders and getting them together. I often assisted customers over the phone with order problems, questions, or general assistance. When a customer arrived at the store for pickup, I usually was the one to bring it out for them. For any big or heavy orders, I helped direct.

I checked out customers and assisted them with self-checkout. When they bought large heavy items or had big orders, I helped them load and get to their vehicles. I organized and cleaned the front end of the store.
