As an HR leader, I directly influence building effective teams that empower organizations to reach levels of high performance by ensuring right fit to role. I have been very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to do all of this. I am now interested in being part of a team where I can apply my experience and have a positive impact through the company’s most important resource- their employees. I have achieved the PHR Certification (Professional of Human Resources) to enhance my abilities as an HR professional!While I'm not building teams, I love spending time with my family and friends, running, traveling and horseback riding.
