During my short time at St Paul's Hotel and Spa, My main responsibility was a function attendant, I would assist in the running and overseeing of large dinner functions for groups in excess of 200 people. We would hold dinner functions for business, sporting events such as the world snooker championships, weddings, christmas parties and a dinner for the Mayor of Sheffield.
