Energetic and enthusiastic graduate from the University of Mississippi. I studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I obtained Undergraduate degree in 2022, and I am looking for research or laboratory opportunities to expand my knowledge & learn more skills within the laboratory setting or within the life science or physical science fields. I have particular experience with protein analysis in an academic laboratory setting. I am an eager & hard worker, for the last several years I assisted in managing the City Grocery restaurant kitchen in a very demanding & fast fine dining kitchen, as well as working in fine dining at Catherine and Mary’s in downtown Memphis. I occupied the interim Sous Chef position for 6 months as well as holding the permanent Lead Line position for dinner services at City Grocery, and also occupied a Lead Line position at CM. I am a very established worker and thrive in fast moving environments and attentive work.
