Hi! I'm Kyle, and I've been working in quality control for the past 3 years. I attended The Ohio State University to study Anthropology, Computer Science, and Forensics. I've always been efficiency and process-oriented, and have worked to help improve and develop new quality control processes in my current role. I have most recently been a language editing quality control inspector for research papers that have been authored around the world, which has allowed me to make full use of my broad background to edit papers coming from different areas of study. The constantly evolving role and wide range of topics has also helped me to learn how to remain flexible and not become complacent, as there is always a new process to learn or some improvement to be made.I'm constantly looking for opportunities to take on new roles and responsibilities in order to find and cultivate new passions. For instance, I've relatively recently discovered my love of serving as a resource for others, specifically by conducting trainings and providing guidance/answers/advice to colleagues as needed. This has helped me to grow within my role and carve my niche within the company, and moving forward I would love to continue pursuing new opportunities to enable the success of others.
