In my role as Chief of Staff at The Just Trust, I spearhead People Operations, HR, and culture maintenance for a fully remote, distributed team. I am a strategic advisor and leadership coach, and lead our strategic planning and project management functions to ensure our team is aligned, engaged, and effective.

Acta Non Verba: Youth Urban Farm Project (ANV) elevates life in Oakland and beyond by challenging oppressive dynamics and environments through urban farming. Founded and led mainly by women of color from the surrounding neighborhood and larger community, ANV creates a safe and creative outdoor space for children, youth, and families in East Oakland, CA. ANV engages and strengthens young people’s understanding of nutrition, food production, the natural world and healthy living as well as strengthens their ties to the community.

Beet Root Consulting is my passion project. I work with a small group of clients on a range of supports: leadership coaching, philanthropic advising, organizational development, financial literacy, building strategic impact programs, and professional development.

The Field Semester brings together high school students from diverse communities across the United States for a memorable term of study and action. Together, we will learn the science, culture, and meaning of place; living, working, and learning together on the land, students will explore first hand the true depths of community and sustainability.All of us are vital elements of living systems; we can restore and we can destroy. Knowledge and access mark the difference. Through rigorous coursework, daily farming, and active environmental stewardship, students will leave equipped with the insight, skills, and passion necessary to bring transformative change to every place they call home.

As the Managing Director I oversee the execution of ESYP’s major initiatives and programs, and plan, direct, and coordinate the efforts of staff members. I'm responsible for the leadership and management of ESYP’s operational and programmatic efforts. I oversee the daily programming and operations of the demonstration site and center for curriculum development at King Middle School, drive curriculum development and pedagogy, lead our professional development trainings for practitioners from all over the world, and oversee our communications strategy. I also work closely with the development team to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Edible Schoolyard model. • Responsible for the leadership, development, and management of ESYP programs for youth andadults• Manage staff of 15, ensure the development of curriculum and integration of academics into ESY• Lead organizational efforts for diversity, equity, and inclusion• Oversee the expansion and execution of ESYP professional development trainings to include: Google,IDEO, USDA, & multiple school districts around the country• Serve as the public face and chief representative of ESYP to the media and at conferences• Collaborate with Development Director on fund development and donor engagement• Plan and execute strategy, culture, and organizational development for ESYP• Fiscal oversight and management of $1.7 million budget• Development of a mixed methodology data analysis framework to evaluate program efficacy

The Three Generation Cooking and Farming Academy is an educational farming and cooking program located on the campus of Three Generation Community for Learning. Our classes on farming, cooking, and Thai culture offer PTIS students, visiting schools, professional chefs, international families and adult travelers to Thailand a chance to experience the beauty of food and the pleasure of cooking and eating in Thailand.
