CurrentResponsible for 7 equity wholesalers with combined volume around 7.5 million cases.Manage the processes of pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in, cents per case audits, forecasting reviews, Commercial Planning & Performance management for Innovation, Channel and Non-Alcoholic brands, identify current and future market trends and develop solutions/plans to lead future growth. Commerical plan development & Wholesaler JBP oversight. Participate and be responsible for pilot projects on an ad-hoc basis. Responsible for the Sales, Share and Financial performance of dedicated mainhouse wholesalers. Management of wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings, trimester planning & strategy implementation, and AOE & WEA assessments.
