> Collaborate on admissions focused marketing and communications plans and direct customized Google Ad campaigns to meet recruitment and yield goals. > Oversee Google Analytics and web analytics reporting across all schools and units at the University.> Manage the University’s Google Tag Manager account and create all of the mechanisms for goal tracking and retargeting. > Lead multi-departmental projects including the implementation of admissions.rowan.edu using project management software such as Jira and Basecamp.> Work closely with social media and content groups to ensure that messaging is consistent across all channels.> Build prospective student audiences in Slate and dynamically populate into social media advertising platforms for more precision-based targeting.> Deliver reports to the Communications team to establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), build dashboards, and follow their campaign analytics in real-time.> Assist the Office of University Relations and medical schools in campaign management, tracking, and analysis.> Work with the Content team to review campaigns and admissions website content, develop ads, create content focused dashboards, and discuss strategies to integrate with recruitment marketing efforts.> Establish models, data feeds, and workflows to build effective lead scoring techniques and target high quality leads.> Use a data-driven attribution model to produce real-time recruitment and campaign dashboards for the Marketing team in order to monitor their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and pivot tactics rapidly when needed.> Monitor and maintain Rowan’s web presence with a focus on admissions.rowan.edu.> Administer and provide technical support for the University-wide web chat system.> Dynamically update web content based on a prospective student user’s status in the admissions funnel using Google Optimize.
