• Responsibilities include: down hole calculations, QA/QC treatment material, regulating and updating inventory's. • Prepare and supervise a wide range of jobs including, Cementing, Acid Stimulation, Nitrogen Services, and Sand Control. • Certified to operate Schlumberger treating equipment. • Certified in all required safety standards and protocols associated with Schlumberger.

Working at Petroleum Systems International helped to foster my fascination with the Petroleum industry. As a mechanical engineer I had never been exposed to any geology related sciences prior to working with PSI. My primary tasks as a geotechnician were to sort and analyze cutting and core samples taken from drilling and mining operations. I learned a great deal about the various down hole strategies used in drilling operations-especially fluid loss additives.

During my summer internship with Stealth I worked with a small design team to build both a carbon fiber slitting machine and winder. The goal of the system was to replace and improve upon the existing hand winding process. The final design resulted in a drastic improvement in both quality and quantity of the produced components.

As an engineering intern I was assigned two summer projects related to carbon fiber production. My first project was to design and standardize a bond preparation procedure for assembling UAV fuselages. Upon completion I had designed a system that reduced required the bond preparation time by 37% which directly increased production. My Second project involved the development of a vacuum table for machining small heat sinks used throughout UAV's electrical system.

I started Reel Winch Systems while still in high school with the idea of creating a portable towing system to pull wake boarders without a boat. The design evolved over my early years in college along with my skills in manufacturing and engineering design. I developed a business plan and launched as an official sponsor for the US Wakeboard Tour during the summer of 2009. As the business owner I was in charge of all designing, manufacturing, testing and sales. Throughout the process I honed a wide range of manufacturing skills including welding, sheet metal forming and cnc machining. Overall the experience taught me how to take an idea from an idea to a finished product by setting achievable goals and constantly tracking progress.
