I am a graduate from the University of Sheffield having studied Economics and Politics and achieving a degree classification of 2:1. Directly after graduating, I secured a temporary role at Woodgate and Clark Loss Adjusters as part of the Quality Assurance team. This position has exposed me to dealing with disputes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Clear communication is important in all industries and levels; I believe that my time at Woodgate and Clark has developed this key skill set. During my A-level studies and University, I worked for the NHS in the Medical Records department as a clerical officer, part time. I have worked here since 2019-23 and learned new skills such as team work and problem solving during this time.
