Educating clients and staff on complexities of our compliance software solutions.- Responsible for development of training assets through written training guides, script and storyboard production, video production (on-screen presentation and editing), e-learning module creation, voice acting, and instructor-led live training sessions- Conducted in-depth needs assessments, while working within ADDIE methodology, to develop content to advance on-the-job skills that meet business objectives.
