Kyle Curtis is currently a Senior Financial Analyst for CSX supporting CSX’s Energy and TDSI business units. His interests include commercial real estate, with a focus on corporate real estate, energy finance, logistics, and the aerospace industry. Prior to joining CSX, Kyle was a graduate of Northrop Grumman's early leadership development program, called "Pathways", where he spent 8-12 months in three rotations throughout the business management function. These past experiences include rotations within NG's Property/Asset Management group for East Coast Sites, Cost Management on a large Air Force contract focusing on IPT resource planning, and Pricing & Estimating within the repairs group of a large FMS and Department of Navy contract. Some other prior experiences Kyle has held are lead Content Tutor for the University Athletic Association at the University of Florida, focusing on management and finance courses, along with an internship within Northrop Grumman's Capital Planning and Contracts departments. Kyle is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received his BSBA in Finance, along with a minor in real estate, and graduated with cum laude honors.
