In this role I managed the Property Management operations for a Department of the Navy Spares Program by working with a wide variety of engineering functions, contracts, Global supply chain, and other functions within the corporation to ensure that NG is compliant to both contractual and regulatory requirements for the dozens of orders ongoing in the program . I also acted as a conduit to our government counterparts (namely DCMA) to ensure that any customer questions are speedily addressed, namely those related to contract closeout efforts. Finally, I was responsible for creating, and now managing, the Sector's risk rating table for internal work orders. This table helps to create a baseline evaluation on performing site's property systems and if on-site visits are required to ensure that property management systems at the site are in compliance to customer requirements.

This is was my third, and final, rotation in the NGAS Pathways program where I worked as a proposal analyst within the repairs group of a large US Navy and Foreign Military Sales platform. In this role, I worked closely with our logistics, contracts, and GSC counterparts to help put together proposals in a timely manner to help expedite repairs crucial to maintaining operational readiness for the Fleet. During this rotation, I was also responsible for creating and proposing the organization's yearly Cost Estimating Factor (CEF), as well as, sending monthly updates to our customer to see how the CEF is running in relation to our yearly plan. A final major responsibility during this role was being the primary POC for both DCMA and DCAA auditors and ensuring that auditors were given timely responses in regards to the CEF proposal.

During my time in my second rotation, I used Earned Value methods to work with Control Account managers on a $300 million dollar Air Force contract to identify potential opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Also during this rotation, I was personally responsible for tracking a $1.2 million dollar budget on the program by meeting with the program manager and program director on a weekly basis for status updates. Finally, I coordinated and led a team that completed the Program’s annual Contractor Cost Data Report (CCDR) by compiling information from across different engineering and business functions to complete nearly 6 weeks early.

During my first rotation in Northrop Grumman's "Pathways Program" our group oversaw, and maintained around 49,000 items worth $1.7 billion during all stages of the asset life cycle (from acquisition, maintenance, to disposition). Personally, I interfaced with our customers on a daily basis via E-tools to ensure we as an organization were following contractual and FAR required actions. In particular, I acted as a conduit for the disposition of customer items, as well as, notifying the customer of any lost or damaged items, by working very closely with various business management functions, engineering, and manufacturing to maintain FAR compliance.
