I combined three teams' legacy surveys into one streamlined Qualtrics survey, while also adding questions from five additional teams within the AWS Support organization. Automated the delivery mechanism using Marketo and Salesforce, reducing overall time that managers spent delivering the survey by over 3,000 hours. Coordinated with 18 volunteers who translated and reviewed the survey in 10 different languages. Conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with 200 Enterprise Support Managers and Technical Account Managers.Received an accolade from skip-level manager after presenting this plan to the VP of Enterprise Support and her leadership team: “Kyle did a great job of pulling together a great narrative to bring the leadership team to a decision.
