Current• Evaluate market condition and trends, as well as competitor activities to plan future product development• Manage the development, introduction and support of new products• Create and deliver training to field staff and dealers for new products • Develop the national sales incentives plan for my assigned products, designed to meet market share targets while staying within budget• Monitor national and regional inventory levels and maintain the sales forecast• Manage my inventory account, ordering equipment for tradeshows, training, photoshoots, etc. and facilitating inventory transfers
