Gained valuable experience in my previous job where I worked my way from the bottom up to a respectable member of staff at Robert's Bakery in Cheshire where I would have to take control of audits whenever they arrived on site. I am currently in full time employment at Fibrax on Wrexham industrial estate. I started here in September 2020 as a machine operator, I progressed my way through the different processes which are involved within this job role. I started out as a grade D operator up to a grade B operator. I have also stood in on different shifts as a team leader when the team leaders have been absent. My main roles in this job is as a press operator which consists of starting up machines and ensuring the correct materials are being fed to the machines from various dryers which hold the material. Once the machines are ready to go I then purge material out through the barrel and then start to produce different plastic moulds. I am fully trained on all aspects of this role and I am confident in working in a team and especially on my own. I find I do pick new things up quite quickly, this helps me move my way up the the grading systems. Showing I have the skills to undertake different important tasks
