-Plan and schedule the disposition of non-usable surplus material, including: CAT parts, shop equipment, and heavy machinery. -Plan and schedule facility maintenance project work, includes decommissioning of building assets, scrap facility assets and equipment, relocation projects internal of the site.-Project coordination of facility maintenance projects; includes but not limited to; interface and primary contact for internal and external construction contractors.-Follow strict corporate procedures to maximize return value on the reclaimed, recycled, scrap, for sale, or donation of corporate assets and other surplus material.-Track, audit, and evaluate storage inventory to eliminate waste, both physical and financial, for both the Peoria Proving Ground and the product groups that utilize the facility.-Trace accounting transactions to ensure proper financial resolutions resulting from both scrap and sale material. -Network with professionals at various levels at multiple; on-site, internal business units, and external businesses at to execute the transactions necessary for this responsibility in order to provide the Peoria Proving Ground with an effective result.
