Chief Operations Officer/ Producer / Broadcaster
Current• Communicate directives from NWA ownership to respective teams ensuring expectations are met tostandard and period required.• Coordinate and prioritize operations between teams (talent relations, travel, social media, merchandise, etc.)• Profit - To operate a financially profitable business operation by maximizing spend while building brand momentum.• Media Outreach – ensure the promotion of the brand is occurring using media and marketing concepts based on social media, trends, targeted ads, talent self-promotion, local partners, etc.• People - To provide a positive “employee life cycle” for all talent during their tenure with NWA while assisting Talent relations in any capacity needed.• Retain and expand relationships across brands via co-branded events to increase brand recognition and profits.• Co-develop philanthropic initiatives to grow the emotional investment of the wrestling community into the brand.• Work as a team, helping all contractors (office, production, talent) to complete the required activities that ensure we exceed fan expectations.• Operate ethically to protect the image of the National Wrestling Alliance.• Responsible for writing and performing on-camera interviews to promote events, characters, and the overall NWA brand.• Produce scripted episodic narratives into reality on a globally broadcasted weekly wrestling program.• Calling play-by-play commentary during live wrestling matches for the Circle Squared and Power programs.• Writing and recording voice-over work for promotional video packages, commercials, and podcasts.• Hosting Press Conferences and Brand marketed events.
