Chief Operations Officer/ Producer / Broadcaster
Current- Communicate directives from NWA ownership to respective teams ensuring expectations are met tostandard and period required.
- Coordinate and prioritize operations between teams (talent relations, travel, social media, merchandise, etc.)
- Profit - To operate a financially profitable business operation by maximizing spend while building brand momentum.
- Media Outreach – ensure the promotion of the brand is occurring using media and marketing concepts based on social media, trends, targeted ads, talent self-promotion, local partners, etc.
- People - To provide a positive “employee life cycle” for all talent during their tenure with NWA while assisting Talent relations in any capacity needed.
- Retain and expand relationships across brands via co-branded events to increase brand recognition and profits.
