I acted as and supported the Project Manager on efforts managing multiple Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) client projects within the biopharmaceutical space, providing custom software as a service and devices designed for each client's clinical protocols. To do so I would leading meetings and trainings regarding design, project status, and troubleshooting with both internal and external stakeholders.I develop, maintain, and approve critical project documents such as meeting minutes, issue logs, instruction guides, specification documents, knowledge base articles, order forms, and risk management plans across the project's lifecycle.I acted as Tier 3 support for assigned projects exploring and providing resolutions for issue, defects, or potential changes in project requirements.I coordinated logistics for device shipments and tracked inventory levels across global warehouses according to each study's requirements.My efforts were to bring clients projects to life and support those projects throughout their lifecycle, maintaining scope and budget while delivering on time and quality products.

I work to meet and exceed KPIs for my individual store in the Southern Philadelphia region.To do this I manage parts of both the front end and pharmacy, influencing personnel and inventory. I manage my group of 7-9 team members working the front end of pharmacy retail chain Walgreens.
