About Kyle Devine

I have obtained a general Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Law and minor in Political Science from Carleton University, as well a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College. Through my education experience I have learned the Canadian laws and policies of the workplace, as well have obtained a strong understanding of general human resource practices such as compensation, labour relations, employee relations, HRIS, training & development, and recruitment & selection. My dedication to these responsibilities led to being client focused and customer driven. I am qualified in various certifications such as Standard First Aid, CPR Level C, City of Ottawa High Five, CORE Train the Trainer, and CORE Training. I have obtained the knowledge and skills to work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.
