I have 8 years of teaching experience at both the middle and high school levels. I have enjoyed every minute of it, but now I am looking for a new challenge with more room for improvement and growth. I desire to utilize my teaching experience in a learning and development role to train and promote the culture and values of the company I am fortunate enough to become part of. I have years of experience including differentiating instruction, curriculum design, personal growth, and teaching different learning styles. I am currently a few months away from obtaining an MBA from Grand Canyon University. In this program, I have learned about Conscious Capitalism, strategic management, finance, accounting, and marketing. I desire to put this education into practice and be a benefit for any department I become part of. I desire to continue to grow academically, professionally, and personally.
