Research, dispatch, troubleshoot Outside Plant Site Surverys, Fielding and Design in FTTB, FTTN, FTTCS, FTTH, MDU, FOB, BAU, Emergency Restoration, Greenfield and Brownfield Residential environments utilizing aerial, buried, and underground plant. Managed a team working across Texas in various job types. Trained new hires from green to competent hands. Permit designs, delivery, and QC to ensure turn key designs for the customer, from site survey to working service. Ensure Excellent communication at all times among internal departments, customer engineers and contacts, municipalities, construction forces, as well as end user customers. A lead from the front working manager, completing field work myself as needed to ensure company success and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate, schedule, and complete Site Surveys, field notes, and draft workprints and projects in OPTI and ARAMIS. Maintain communication throughout the project life cycle from site survey to working service internally, with end users, municipalities, and company engineers at ATT. Work safely in the field in all weather conditions and locations. Operate vehicle and outside plant measuring tools in a safe and efficient manner. Train new employees and subcontractors from green and turn them into trustworthy hands.
