MarathonFoto is a division of Iconic Group, and we photograph marathons all over the world.At the major races including Chicago, London, Berlin, New York and the Boston Marathon, I manage the finish line bridge so that the finishers are getting the best photos we can give them at the exact moment as they cross the 26.2 mile mark. At smaller races I am often the one organizing the whole race, which includes communicating with the contact to go over logistics of the race, touring the course to find the optimum locations for scenic photos to be taken, leading and training my team on everything and finally prepping all our digital files, so we can identify and market to the runners. Every once in a while I even get to just take photographs.

GradImages is a division of Iconic Group, was formerly Chappell Studio and before that was Aardvark Studios. The business photographs graduations ceremonies of all sizes and complexities around the United States, a few of mine included The Ohio State University, Penn State University, The University of Michigan, University at Buffalo, Oberlin College and Carnegie Mellon University.A few of my responsibilities included managing 250+ graduation clients to ensure they were happy with our services, through professional and personal relationships, attaining new clients and managing, training, mentoring and coaching a staff of 150 photographers so that they were able to provide the professional service my clients had grown to expect.

IAC helped Colleges and Universities stay connected or reconnect with their alumni using websites and social media. My responsibilities included contributing to relevant blogs and conferences to increase brand awareness, leading online webinars, teaching alumni associations how to use Facebook and other social media as tools for Alumni interaction and retention, designing print materials and producing power point presentations.

My responsibility included managing 500 University, College and High School graduation clients, ensuring they were happy with our services, through professional and personal relationships. I also managed, trained, mentored and coached a staff of 130 photographers so that they could provide the professional service my clients had grown to expect. With the help of other we develop a new photography pose that increased revenue by 50% per client and shared it with other companies in our industry.
