Magazine Production Manager
Current• Direct and manage all aspects of magazine production for105 titles including a complex, subscriber-based title with10 or more issues per year• Work with sales and edit teams to produce cost-efficientmagazines which meet all advertiser positioningrequirements and achieve creative objectives• Direct suppliers and issue instructions to vendor partners toensure the production of each issue is free of defect and isdelivered to consumer and retail outlets on-time• Support sales team by managing ad positioningguarantees and positioning offers on all advertiser/agencyRFPs• Develop and implement production alternatives andprocedure changes which reduce/avoid cost, mitigate risk,and/or improve resource efficiency• Provide reporting and analytics for leadership dashboards,scorecards, etc.
