- Ensure subcontractor compliance to project drawings and specifications to support the construction schedule and budget.- Solicit and review subcontractor proposals for scope revisions as issued by the Architect/Engineers.- Maintain project records, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and change orders.- Generate project status reports for review by owner/client.
