Central Mississippi

Began career with Standard Register in January, 1989 as a Healthcare Team Special Assistant in the Baton Rouge, LA branch office. Transfered to Jackson Mississippi in 1992 as an Account Manager to establish the Central Mississippi office. Since that time, the territory has developed from a minor area with less than 3 significant accounts, to an assignment currently managing over 20 acute care hospitals and over 30 physician clinics in the Central Mississippi/North Louisiana Area. Assignment requires the management of all account activities including sales development and negotiation as well as daily account coordination in colaboration with area service team.

Retail and Wholesale Formal Wear sales & management positions held during an 8 year employment starting my Junior year in High School progressing through College and a year afterwards. Began working in formal wear warehouse as stock boy and progressed through assembly coordinator, inside retail salesman/manager, then as Wholesale Director for my final year and a half of employment. Company was family owned and my long term future was limited. I therefore resigned for a outside sales position at Standard Register that offered more long term opportunities. The experience at Cohn-Turner was unbelieveable in providing me the training to prepare me for a career in sales and customer development.

Full Time Staff position as Program Coordinator. Responsibilities included coordination with volunteer groups and individuals in the Baton Rouge, LA area in preparation for the annual Labor Day Telethon. Duties included organizing fund raising activities and preparing Telethon volunteers for the Baton Rouge teleivision headquarters.
