Aerotek specializes in contract, contract-to-hire and direct/permanent placement services for technical and non-technical positions within the power/energy market. In the local Charlotte market the client base consisted of firms in the fields of nuclear & fossil power generation, electricity transmission & distribution, renewable energy and the Department of Energy (DOE). Aerotek places individuals of varying skill sets including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Design, Construction, and Project Controls. Responsibilities included developing business and forging relationships within the industry and managing an energy/power-specific recruiting team from our Charlotte, NC office.

The Energy Services division within Aerotek focuses on staffing for companies in the power generation, transmission, and distribution fields.
