Mechanical Assembler - July 2006-2007• Built, packaged and shipped hundreds of different service replacement assemblies for models from the previous 10 years.Optical/Electronic/Mechanical Tester - 2007-2021Primary Responsibilities• Alignment and curing of Digital Micromirror Devices on prism within 5 microns, using 6 axis adjusters and custom jigs• Calibrated lenses, cameras, test equipment and changed hardware for different projector types• Detailed thorough cleaning of opto-electric devices • Worked in class 10,000 clean room with ESD protection• Running robotic alignment machine, including regularly setting input values, and adjustments for different projector types • Repaired defective units, using root cause analysis and thorough experience Service RMA • Received RMA units from customers and diagnosed• Found defective parts on internal database and purchased where required• Tested PCBs, optics, mechanical adjusters and software• Disassembled and rebuilt with detailed notes and purchase lists on Edwards database. Additional Involvement• Requested by engineering to work on the design of new projectors based on expertise and experience• Assisted engineering with implementation of new assemblies• Created reports and communicated with engineering for ongoing projects• Primary contact for questions from coworkers based on personal experience and knowledge.• Trained and supervised many workers on assembly, test equipment and RMA
