Representative Projects:I worked with the executive management team of a $1 billion in revenue company to develop a plan focusing on the reduction of their significant turnover rate, as compared to industry benchmarks. My team assessed the root causes of the turnover issue by interviewing team members throughout the organizational structure and understanding industry best practices. We developed a multi-faceted approach to resolve the issue by constructing optimal payment models and labor schedules. I worked hand in hand with a healthcare company’s CEO to incorporate his vision into presentation materials. These materials were utilized to successfully gain the partnership and investment of a business partner, a Fortune 10 healthcare company. I further rebranded and restructured the company’s entire business development materials while establishing file structures for all future customer recruitment initiatives. I interned on the Pricing and Business Development team at McKesson during the summer between my first and second year of MBA school. During that summer, I built a pricing model to consolidate key information from the many diverse McKesson systems. The Financial Accounting Advisory Services group is the technical financial accounting experts primarily focusing on business transactions, primarily mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings. I partnered with client executive management teams to resolve the difficult issues facing their business. During my two years at Ernst and Young, I was promoted from the Senior Consultant role to the Manager role. I was able to work on a wide array of projects including the following:- Managed a 10-person, international team that successfully filed for an initial public offering of a mineral company with $1.4 billion in assets.
