• Manage multiple projects at once in varying levels of development in accordance with the Project Outline.• Directly respond to and proactively communicate with customers, Owner’s Representatives, Design Professionals, Sales Managers and Representatives to support strategic initiatives and sales efforts.• Directly communicate with Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Shipping and Manufacturing Personnel to assure proper workflow and scheduling of projects. • Manage, communications with Subcontractors.• Assist in the planning, coordination and follow up of all deliverables required by the Project Management team.• Ensure timely follow up, accuracy of and completion, coordination and submission of drawings, job books and incorporation into our system.• Perform occasional site visits and attend project meetings as necessary.• Coordinate with and delegate duties to Project Coordinators as necessary.• Participate in weekly conference calls on large jobs as required by contract. • Effectively maintain positive customer relationships through proactive response and communication. Communication to be weighted through personal communication rather than dependence on email.• Maintain paperwork and reporting requirements • Identify and solve problems as that arise during the process.
