The Retail Development Manager (RDM), Express Stores position works with leadership at 3rd party or Dealer stores in an assigned market and is responsible for influencing and driving those' Dealer stores' sales results, while providing guidance, instruction, and feedback to the Dealers to ensure the T-Mobile brand and customer experience is represented by the Dealers in a way consistent with our standards. This includes assessing the operation of the Dealers' stores to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. A successful RDM will utilize performance data for dealers to identify and influence Dealers, while also establishing and maintaining relationships with Dealer employees that will permit the RDM to influence the Dealer's performance.• Analyzing and leveraging performance reports to understand, discuss, and influence sales performance against established targets and KPIs. • Observing and assessing store operations, staffing protocols, and customer interactions and then providing feedback to address opportunities for improvement. • Ensuring that Dealer complies with merchandising and collateral requirements and all representations of the T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile brand so that they are in compliance with T-Mobile Dealer standards; if not in standard, devises action plan to address non-compliance and and improve compliance going forward. • Strategize with internal T-Mobile partners such as Account Managers and Ops Managers, as well as the Sr Manager, Express Stores on opportunities that can be addressed at broader levels with Dealer owners (Principals) and HQ teams. • Monitor competitive distribution, product and promotions, and advertising in the marketplace in order to provide input into the strategic planning process for this channel.
Retail Store Manager
• Analyze district proficiency gaps to strategize for increased performance in Sales/OPEX while assisting District Manager to collectively win together.• Educate and lead the district through weekly meetings and accountability conversations with peers to better assist the district during product launches, sales activations, job functionality and overall success.• Identify opportunities within the team to right-set expectations and ensure proper head count consistently for meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.• Manage daily behaviors around OPEX and Customer Experience to resulting in top 5% national placement.• Motivate, encourage, and build a proliferating culture of success through sales and development for promotions.• Align with District Manager, Regional Manager, and Director on monthly company initiatives and customer survey feedback and results.• Create, implement, and monitor multi-state Market strategies by mentoring several hi-caliber Store Managers, soliciting feedback, and providing direction for future success.

• Support multiple Dealer partners in their development, training, mentoring, and driving leadership behaviors with District Managers down to the frontline.• Personalize performance plans and conversations with each Dealer regarding Sales and Operations; includes forecasting, strategic planning, defined behaviors and processes, and ensuring proper frontline staffing.• Strengthen and build relationships, and influence through communication and cross-channel coordination with Retail, Engineers, Customer Care, and Account Managers.• Work with National Retail partners on Company branded roll-out, systems development and delivery, and proper execution on sales.• Create, implement, and monitor multi-state Market strategies by mentoring several hi-caliber Store Managers, soliciting feedback, and providing direction for future success.
