Reviewing historical environmental reports and regulatory documents in support of environmental assessments, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with state regulations and guidelines.I have received my Property Conditions Assessment (PCA) certificate and perform PCA assessments. During these assessments, every aspect of a property is examined, identifying any existing issues, potential risks, and areas requiring maintenance or repair. Evaluations adhere to industry standards and guidelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the assessment process. Furthermore, detailed reports documenting the findings are compiled, providing clients with a comprehensive overview of the property's condition.
