  Implements identified interventions designed to improve behavioral, emotional, relational, social, and daily living skills. Implements treatment interventions, utilizing practices identified by the assessing practitioner and in keeping with agency supported training.Utilized applied behavior analysis, positive behavior teaching, motivational interviewing, integrated health and wellness and zones of regulation to carryout treatment plans devised by a variety of professionals which included mental health clinicians, occupational therapists, behavior analysts, medical providers, and speech therapists.The population of focus included individuals with emotional disorders, mental illness, autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays. Efficient in timely accurate documentation using appropriate psychosocial terminology that meets or exceeds billing criteria. Adheres to the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) and standards of care.Completes program-specific charting, entry of outcome data, and data-tracking.Assesses symptoms and manages immediate crisis including danger to self or others and implements crisis intervention plan if necessary.Plans, develops, and delivers educational services utilizing identified professional training materials, and develops specialized curriculum.Assists clients in accessing community resources while teaching skills for client to be self-sufficient and/or maximize age-appropriate independence level. Assists clients with accessing services. Works collaboratively with community resources to help clients with housing needs, accessing employment and other income resources, and medical coverage.
