CNC Machine Mechanic/Supervisor, Repair 3 and 5 axis CNC machines used for Aerospace/Aviation/Military production. Oversee the Implementation of Preventative Maintenance Programs on 20+ CNC machines, Metrology equipment and other equipment used in the manufacturing process. Working knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Centroid, Okuma OSP and Mazak Matrix and Smooth CNC controllers.

Duties include overseeing a cost effective and productive maintenance department, control maintenance budget and all purchasing for stock and or direct repairs, working with upper management to set up and oversee all machine repairs and downtime. Also, change outs and repairs on single and multi-cavity molds. Perform all single phase, 3 phase, AC, DC and hydraulic repairs. Work with lead engineer and plant manager to design and fabricate in house, new machinery for a more productive and smoother running company. Held a seat on the safety comittee and knowledgeable about OSHA regulations
