Manage various elements related to the St. Louis Rams Fan Development initiatives including but not limited to the following primary programs:- Youth and High School Football Programs- Rams Alumni Player Programs- Various special eventsAdditional job responsibilities:- assist in the development of a comprehensive strategy against all fan development inititatives throughout the year while coordinating execution- work with sales staff to identify sponsorship opportunities and the creation of marketing platform elements; coordinate activation efforts with assigned sponsorship account contact- understand and utilize elements made available via the NFL to support new and/or existing fan development programs- operate against all established program budgets; prepare financial reports/updates as needed

Directly worked with national tour director in producing 25-city 4 on 4 flag football tour. Solely responsible for team marketing, sponsorship sales, site acquisition, budget analysis, and event production for event cities St. Louis, Kansas City, and Dallas. Interviewed and hired applicants for assistant regional event coordinator positions and responsible for supply truck routes to each tour stop. Built strong relationship with store managers from Champs Sporting Goods, national sponsor.

Traveled with largest 3v3 soccer tour in the nation, managing tournaments in ten different cities across the United States. Worked efficiently in marketing the Tour, coordinating set-up, providing on-site customer service, as well as providing overall management of each local tournament. Established and maintained sponsorship fulfillment with Kraft Easy Mac, Crocs, Juicy Juice, and Carvel Ice Cream.

Responsible for covering local sportng events which included five high schools’ athletic programs and a variety of local activities. Main duties included photography, interviews, and layout of weekly edition. Creator and writer for opinionated column titled “Sgerd Says.”
