• To provide meet and greet services to prospective students on open days and interview days• To provide both departmental and campus tours• To present to prospective students during open days and interview days, providing a student's perspective on studying physiotherapy at Brunel• To undertake interviews in both group and 2 to 1 settings• To provide informative modular talks to prospective students, providing a small insight into the modules taught at Brunel (subjects including respiratory, musculoskeletal and gait assessments)

• To support and monitor patients through their OTAGO rehabilitation programmes.• To raise patients with their respective allocated physiotherapists when there has been a change in circumstance or when the patient may be ready for a progression through the programme.• To assess for and provide basic aids of daily living.• To triage new referrals to the team, highlighting urgent cases as needed.• To assist with the on site group therapy sessions.

• To handle incoming queries, forwarding on concerns as appropriate.• To book patients in for appointments.• To support in the organisation of patient files.• To ensure the timely uploading of patient documents to an electronic database.

• To assist Practitioners with complex cases.• To support and play a part in the Safeguarding process, under the guidance of a qualified Practitioner• Helping to promote the independence, choice and control of those with Social Care needs. • Case management and reviews. • Assisting with and facilitating safe hospital discharges for eligible patients from hospitals. • To determine eligibility, need and support of individuals and their carers, including determining suitability for Reablement.• To complete Continuing Healthcare Checklists and support individuals and families through the NHS referral process. • To aid in the induction and training of new staff.• To work within Duty to ensure a rapid and appropriate response to incoming queries and emergencies. • To assess for, prescribe and review equipment and adaptations through ADL Smartcare.• To determine suitability for Major Adaptations and supporting eligible Service Users with applications as appropriate, under the guidance of a qualified Occupational Therapist.• Supporting with the continued learning and training of existing members of staff and myself.

• Ensuring that all confidential files are secure. • Responding to all internal and external enquiries, and sign posting where appropriate. • Completing stock checks and ordering stationary and resource packs. • Liaison for Able2, an agency used that Occupational Therapy cases are outsourced to. • Arranging both internal and external meetings, including Safeguarding, and minute taking. • Keeping incoming referral spreadsheets and respite care spreadsheets up to date. • Data Quality checks and updating the Adult Information System and all SafeGuarding Adults data.

• Preparing the shop for opening in the mornings and cleaning down and storing everything before closing. • Preparation of salads ready for sale and making other foods ready for the lunch time sales. • Managed the till, monitoring cash flow and ensuring change was available during business hours. • Training of new staff. • Taking orders for local offices and for weekend collections.
