Currently a First year Bachelor of Biomedical Science student at Griffith University. Im an extremely motivated and competent student that hopes to gain entry into the Doctor of Medicine program, at Griffith upon completion of my Bachelors degree. I believe the knowledge and skills obtained from my bachelors degree along with my passion of helping individuals overcome challenges, and my keen interest in human biology will help me achieve my goal of becoming a Physician. Through my experiences as a Sales and Mechanic team member at 99 Bikes Penrith and 99 Bikes Indooroopilly since September 2018, I have gained many skills which are extremely important for a career in Medicine such as teamwork, communication, the ability to network and intercommunicate with various shop locations. These skills have allowed me to further develop aspects that are required in my studies and future career. Through my secondary education I was involved in many programs through both sport and education that allowed me to develop skills such as problem solving, team work and leadership. I believe that these skills will aid me in being a valued asset to any organisation. As well as my eagerness to continue my tertiary education I also have a great interest in Triathlon. I have competed at a very competitive level for the past 5-6 years and believe it has provided me with many valuable skills like resilience, respect and patience all which have enabled me to not only improve my sporting career but further improve these skills for my future career.
