Responsible for all back of house management aspects as well as opening Cloud 9 Wine Bar and Restaurant. Menu development, costing, ordering, hiring, training, scheduling, execution of plans of operation.

Proficient in all positions in the kitchen. Prep work for all menu components. Line cook during dinner service. During my final year at Bertrand's Bistro, I was promoted to be the Chef of his second restaurant Cloud 9 Wine Bar. During this time I was responsible for writing the menu, costing it out, as well as interviewing and hiring back of the house staff.
