• Wrote an advertising template sent out through Microsoft Teams and email to promote a new bi-weekly conference/seminar event hosted by the University.• Supported the organization of a bi-weekly conference/seminar called New Discoveries where the school invited researchers in the Humanities field from around the world to share their latest work with a presentation and question-answer period, resulting in a high event attendance to support future funding opportunities for the school.• Delivered event coordination assistance by connecting with multiple department staff members to organize academic and graduation events, overseeing scheduling and advertising of academic conferences and seminars, and conducting other event management tasks, including tracking event attendance and organized in-event break-out meetings.• Provided in-house technical support through advanced familiarity with the Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms to assist with and resolve any connectivity issues, especially for guest speakers who were not automatically integrated into the University’s satellite Microsoft Teams environment.
