I'm responsible for the overall technological vision for our company and work with management and corporate IT to work together to achieve the business' goals. I manage special software projects, working with key business members, our customers and third parties to achieve our goals as a business to become more profitable, efficient and valuable to our customers. In addition, I direct our systems and networking infrastructure to meet our technology vision by coordinating with our corporate IT department. Together, we facilitate upgrades to existing infrastructure as well as installations and turn-ups for new locations across our company nationwide.One of my specialties is in data aggregation, manipulation, analysis and reporting. I've worked with a number of RDBMS and software applications such as Tableau, RapidMiner, Knime and PowerQuery to consolidate data from multiple systems in to one reporting environment to enable efficient and insightful analysis.I also specialize in laboratory information management systems, general software development and systems management.

Most of my work includes the development of an inventory management system for the lab environment. The system consists of a back-end in MySQL and a front-end through Microsoft Access and other Office components.

Responsibilities included providing the highest level of customer service possible, working as a cashier and running the photo lab and assisting customers with photo-related questions.

Developed an inventory management system still currently used to track sample cylinders to and from the lab. Implementation consisted of a MySQL back-end with a command line front-end, written in Python, which interfaced with a bar code reader for quicker input for data.
