• Completed incidental radio operator course “IROC” where we learned basic communication skills using handheld radios. (2019) • Completed 13 weeks of Marine Corps Scout Sniper school and graduated with a total percentage of 89% on all graded events. (2020) • Tasked with leading the Scout Sniper team on battalion level exercise, during the conduct of the exercise I oversaw six Marines, and $100,000 + worth of Government property. (2020)• Instructed two Scout Sniper screening processes, where I created over 100 hours of a training schedule, taught over 20 hours of classes, evaluated/interviewed over 50 Marines, and ensured my commander's intent was accomplished. (2020) • Led Scout Sniper team on a deployment to Norway, received training on cold weather medicine, survival, snow mobile operations, and more. I led a Sniper team on over ten field exercises integrated with Norwegian military. (2020-2021)• Instructed over 50 hours of firearms handling and safety, as well as employment of M240B medium machine gun, M40A6 Sniper Rifle, M110 SASS, M107 .50 Cal, and more. (2021)
