About Kyle Fraser

I am a biomarker sciences lead with over 6 years of experience leading biomarker strategy in Parkinson's disease (PD) and Alzheimer's disease (AD). I received my Ph.D. (2016) from University of Alabama at Birmingham in Neuroscience studying LRRK2 biology in PD and biomarkers of LRRK2 modulation. I did my post-doctoral research at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2016-2018 on extracellular vesicle biomarkers of glioblastoma. In 2018, I joined the biomarkers group at Biogen where I provide biomarker development, strategy, and clinical trial implementation expertise for the AD and PD portfolio. I have provided biomarker strategy oversight for numerous programs at all stages of development with a current focus on support of later stage clinical studies.
