With over 10,000 hours of flight experience, I’ve learned that while technical skills are vital, truly effective leadership in aviation relies on mastering the “soft” skills that build strong, collaborative teams in the flightdeck. Throughout my career, I recognized a gap: while technical training was extensive, support for leadership and navigating human dynamics was limited. Our mission is to bridge that gap.Our team at First Class Leaders equips pilots and crews with essential soft skills, leadership development, and command abilities that elevate team dynamics, safety, and performance. Through interactive workshops and ongoing support, we partner with airlines and aviation companies to cultivate the next generation of confident, capable leaders.I am also a keynote speaker, eager to share insights with any industry about what it takes to lead effectively in highly dynamic environments.
