(Disclaimer, more interesting stuff below👇👇👇)*Any post, comments, or content is of my own personal opinions. I am not a spokesperson or designated representative of Schneider Electric, therefore I do not speak on behalf of Schneider Electric. My views are my own and therefore do not represent those of Schneider Electric.I joined the ABM Building Services team in February 2021. Beginning with the business development team, I looked to serve customers by addressing HVACR equipment selection, reduce operating costs through preventative maintenance programs, & identify opportunities to help customers take advantage of utility incentive programs to improve their capital expenditures. Going into 2022 I transitioned back into field operations as a Building Engineer & Controls Technician, assigned to a customer account with a 24/7 manufacturing plant occupying over 4.5 million square feet. Before joining ABM, I worked at EMCOR Services New England Mechanical as the Energy Services Sales Consultant, developing comprehensive energy projects through the respective New England utility efficiency programs.I grew up in Fort Worth, TX but have been fortunate to spend seasons of life on the west & east coast. I love watching the "Coolest Game on Earth" & the Dallas Stars are my favorite sports club. Falling into the Building Automation System & HVACR industry in 2016, I was mentored by engineering professionals focused on training the next generation by imparting their 40+ years of industry experience from firms like Trane, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, & Johnson Controls. I continue to connect with market leaders in building automation, IT/OT devices, utility infrastructure, cybersecurity, renewable energy, & commercial real estate, to continue to learn/prepare as the 4th Industrial Revolution roars us into the final cycles of the digital age. Specialties: customer service, communications, energy efficiency, troubleshooting HVACR & BAS issues, engineer interpreter/translator, surveying buildings, commercial real estate.
