Activate sponsorships and develop programming for beer releases and brand culture, resulting in millions of national online social interactions. Lead and managed events, from small promos to executing a concert with up to 6K attendees. Oversee all logistics regarding events, including permitting, planning, on-site logistics, and day of operations. Manage annual events budget and ensure remaining revenue is neutral. Organize and lead teams of employees at events and oversee all planning from a time management perspective. Supervise day-to-day activities of two direct staff.
