Served my apprenticeship in mechanical engineering within slickline at Halliburton as a service operator assistant (2013-2017) I have recently moved division within the company to progress my skills further in mechanical maintenance. I am currently a Mechanical Technician with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in Petroleum, Gas, slickline operations, routine maintenance, offshore breakdowns, Customer Service, Engineering, and Microsoft Office. Strong engineering professional graduated from Dundee and Angus College. I then left Halliburton in December 2021 to further my career. I am now working as a mechanical technician with Enerpro LTD and have been contracted to Halliburton in the Don Facility working alongside the rebuild/install team. in this position I am part of a team that, Service, strip, refurbish and rebuilt cement units (triplex HT400/centrifugal pumps and hydraulic/pneumatic systems). Completed full refurbishment of global Halliburton cement units back to manufacturer’s specifications while overseeing and reporting on testing. Built-up engine systems for safe/zone two areas and minimised lost time during equipment rebuild by meticulously reporting on part condition while efficiently sourcing and procuring new or replacement components.
