Head estimator and project management of custom residential and commercial projects. Review bid documents, including plan specification reading. Onscreen quantity takeoffs. Constant communication with engineers, general contractors, owners and municipal utility companies. Obtain permits. Complete assigned projects safely within budget and on schedule. Involved in all facets of operations including, but not limited to, logistics, personnel management, producing and maintaining budgets, equipment purchasing, financial planning and business growth.

Assisted project manager with takeoff’s, material quotes, site visits, pre-construction meetings, coordination and scheduling. Performed duties in all aspects of operations, including accounts payable and receivable, employee processing, attending subcontractors’ meetings, creating and submitting all change orders, monitoring job costs and profit margins. Progress billings and job reconciliation. Heavy use of SAGE Contractor 100 and paperless environments.

Responsibilities focused on communicating with homeowners and maintaining private homes. Tasks included constant communication with homeowners. Compiled and relayed information from weekly home inspections to the homeowners. Coordinated and managed maintenance repairs, often ordering parts or materials to complete a job. Managed invoices and work orders using RTP. Maintained and submitted accounting reports.

Responsibilities included training and supervising employees. Exceeding guest expectations and enriching the customer experience. Involved in business development, including organizing and leading guest excursions. Other duties included performing small maintenance during off seasons and maintaining wine inventory.
