This was my first experience as an intern at a Strength and Conditioning gym. The gym was a semi-private type of training where it was a combination of group and one on one training on the floor at the same time. It challenged me both as a coach and a fitness professional. I learned multiple styles of training and was able to develop my own philosophy on training that has carried me through my fitness career.

I originally began my college studies as an Athletic Trainer, so not only do I have strength and conditioning experience I also have knowledge in Rehabilitation techniques. At this unique position, I worked alongside a full-time Athletic trainer as an assistant to the soccer team at the school. I learned to give first aid, as well as emergency care in athletic injuries. Along with that, I worked with various athletes in their rehabilitation programs to get them back to their various sports.
