Property/Casualty claims manager for Alaska Public Entity Insurance. Six years of managing minor to large complex claims across multiple lines of Property Casualty insurance, including General Liability, Sexual Abuse and Molestation, Employment Practice Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Property Liability, Auto Liability, Equipment Breakdown, Cyber, and Crime. I have experience in negotiating and resolving large complex claims as well as participating in various Dispute Resolution methods. Through my previous insurance experience with the State of Alaska, I have a strong understanding of policy forms and applying policy provisions to complex claim circumstances. As a lifelong learner I enjoy gaining knowledge of laws, legislation, codes, ordinances, regulations, and applying that knowledge to future claims and ways to improve the claims process. I believe strongly in building and maintaining relationships with Brokers and Vendors as well as networking with other professionals.
